food quality was good and the staff were very welcoming and kind. The rooms were kept clean and up to our expectations throughout the whole vacation. The beach looked very nice and felt calm. The wifi was pretty fast although it wasnt free.
Good resort, but a few things need improving
We had an overall stay at Golden Beach Resort and there are definitely some positives but there were also quite a few things that I think guests should know before booking.
The biggest thing for me was that all-inclusive doesn’t really feel fully all-inclusive. There are quite a lot of things that you still have to pay extra for which can be frustrating when you expect most things to be included in the price.
The beach is very shallow for a long distance so you have to walk quite far out before it gets properly deep. Once you reach the water though the beach or through the bridge is really nice and the sea is great for swimming.
Another downside is the Wi-Fi as there is no Wi-Fi provided. I also wasn’t a fan of having to reserve restaurants especially when there is already variety. That said, the food that was available was genuinely good quality so I can’t complain about the taste or standard of it.
One smaller issue was that an iron wasn’t provided even after we requested one, which I think should be a basic thing for a resort to provide when needed.
Overall I enjoyed the holiday. There are definitely things I liked about Golden Beach Resort, particularly the food quality and the beach once you get into deeper water. However I think the resort could improve by including more, in the all- package providing free Wi-Fi offering more food variety and making some of the extra activities more reasonably priced.

This was our second stay at Golden Beach Resort, and once again we had a great experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
We especially enjoyed the dinners at the restaurants, which offered delicious food and a good variety of dishes. Everything was well organized, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived.

Food.. food is really sucks and haven't meet the expectations of the hotel level and price. There is a real a problem in food varity and quality.
