-Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, od čistača i konobara do spasilaca na bazenima. -Cijeli resort je jako čist i stalno se održava. Čisti se tijekom cijelog dana, a i sobe su uredne i čiste. Radnici stvarno daju sve od sebe čak i po ogromnim vrućinama. Stvarno ogroman respekt za njih.
-Možda random stvar za spomenuti, ali krevet je nevjerojatno udoban! :D
-Soba je dobro opremljena. Maramice su uvijek dostupne, voda se nadopunjava svaki dan, a kave ima dovoljno. Ništa nam nije nedostajalo.
-Iako sam dosta izbirljiva kad je hrana u pitanju, hrana nije bila ni približno loša koliko sam očekivala na temelju recenzija egipatskih resorta. Ne jedem meso, pa to ne mogu komentirati, no govedina koju je moja majka jela je navodno super.
-Jedini problem kod hrane mi je bio što većina jela ovdje nije imala nikakve oznake/nazive. Zbog toga nisam htjela riskirati s jelima za koja nisam bila sigurna što sadrže, čak i kada su možda postojale vegetarijanske opcije. Naravno, uvijek se može pitati osoblje, ali nije baš praktično to raditi za svako jelo.
-Animacijski program nam nije bio nešto posebno. Izvođači su stvarno talentirani i neke stvari su jako impresivne, ali tijekom pojedinih nastupa dosta se ponavljaju slični pokreti i trikovi, pa nakon početnog wow efekta postane pomalo monotono. Također, mislim da bi više ljudi prisustvovalo ostalim sadržajima poput karaoka ili tečaja trbušnog plesa, kada se oni ne bi održavali na pozornici pred publikom.
-Kod dugog bazena preko kojeg prolaze mostovi, na jednoj strani s ležaljkama nema konobara koji dolaze uzimati narudžbe ili donositi piće. Tijekom našeg boravka od osam dana konobara smo tamo vidjele tek zadnja dva dana, i to samo jednom ujutro. U ostalim dijelovima resorta konobari prolaze puno češće.
-Od dodatnih usluga koristile smo samo beauty salon. Tretman nije bio ništa posebno za cijenu koju smo platile, oderali su nas haha. Također je zamjerka što tamo traže da se recenzija napiše odmah na licu mjesta, uz navođenje imena i broja sobe. To mi se ne čini baš smislenim, te je vrlo vjerojatno da recenzija zbog toga neće biti potpuno iskrena.

This wasy second time staying in the hotel and I absolutely loved it that much we have already booked it again next year already! The pool man Ahmed who is stationed at the biggest pool, that man is one of the hardest working men there. He couldn't do enough for us and was always so cheerful and pleasant he really made our stay extra nice and definitely deserves a raise!! The hotel, staff I.e Jackeline was amazing and so helpful. Everything about the hotel was perfect we couldn't fault anything at all honestly.
The water in our shower was a little cold but nothing too major.

I liked the theme. I liked how everything was made out of clay and he felt like he was living in a cave. I like how there’s so many pools. I liked how there was two heated pools with things to do.
The bedsheets were old and had bubbles on them meaning they were rubbing against your skin very rough. They clearly use cheap bedding and sheeting. There was flies everywhere so you couldn’t even enjoy sun bathing. The food was disgusting like it was so bad you can just tell they didn’t want to put the effort into it. The stuff was great but you can tell the staff in the kitchen just look tired and it really showed it through their food. They make you pay for your Internet which is so cheeky and they’re not talk about the €10 card that you have to pay if you lose it which again it’s just very cheap. We’re already overpaying for a theme and then all these little bits and bobs that you wanna do, you have to pay for we even had to pay to go to our own club. It was just a joke. It wasn’t given all inclusive.
