The room and the pool
My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant due to the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff. From dining at the restaurant, the employees were cold, unwelcoming, and showed no willingness to help. No one smiled or greeted us, which made the atmosphere feel hostile. The restaurant staff, in particular, were arrogant and seemed indifferent to guests' needs.
