The location is quiet and beautiful. Room is very spacious and clean. They gave us a king coconut drink as a welcome drink and the room has everything that we needed including wifi. For the breakfast we had 3 different Sri Lankan breakfast options and a tea. And the host is a nice young person. Overall we had a nice stay at “YALA THAMAN”.

Yala Thaman hosts like no other that we have seen so far. In a nice quiet area, you can relax in air conditioned rooms or move over to the dining area and enjoy the climate of Kataragama. In close proximity to Kataragama city we were easily able to access the city and other local attractions through the taxi service that is offered with your room fee. The beautiful family that owns the hotel were always happy to drop everything to help out with anything that you might need. Would recommend 10/10
