The food was simply amazing - tasteful and exceeded expectations. The mattress & bedding was splendidly comfortable, and we were well looked after by the staff who were all very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was missing its tv when we checked in but the manager helped sort that out and got us an even bigger screen replacement. Although a quick temporary fix, we really appreciated it.
Reception staff were helpful with planning sightseeing activities and guiding us around local public transport.
Although we didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool, it looked clean and very inviting!
We didn’t have any lakeside views, something we were really looking forward to. The restaurant wasn’t quite as the pictures show, and lots of construction work going on - I imagine it’ll be amazing once completed!
Lastly, our flush was a bit faulty.

The staff is very attentive, whenever you make a request they will take action on immediate basis, it's closer to FatehSagar Lake and yet a peaceful location, the rooms are total value for money
