The charm of the old mansion and the conversion and decor to a boutique hotel.
Our group booked 3 rooms, 1 on the first floor, and the 2 basement double and deluxe double rooms, which had a lounge foyer area at the entrance. There was an inner court yard and restaurant.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. They helped arrange taxis transfers.
Showers had a tendency to overflow.

The hotel's location is simply perfect, making it very easy to get everywhere. We were extremely satisfied with everything, including the comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the friendly staff. It was a flawless experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Eski şehir Mardin’in merkezindesiniz. Her şey yakında.
Otelin düzeni güzel. Zeminde eski tarz fayanslar var, mobilyalar da eski tarz. Odalar geniş.
Temizlik iyi değil. Kaldığımız iki odadan biri iyi temizlenmemişti ve odalar nemliydi. Camların içinde bile su damlaları vardı. Bu yüzden odalar kötü kokuyordu.
Bizce otel sahibi orada değil ve otel sadece çalışanlar tarafından yönetiliyor. Çalışanlar çok nazik ama otelle güçlü bir bağları yok gibi.
Kahvaltıyı önermiyoruz. Size biraz peynir, domates, salatalık, zeytin ve 1 yumurta veriliyor. Bizde fiyata dahildi. İlk sabah otelde kahvaltı yaptık, ama ikinci sabah yapmadık. Çünkü çevrede çok daha iyi kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz yerler var.
Çalışanlar nazik ve kibar. Kısaca, otel güzel ve otantik, ama temizlik ve bakım konusunda gelişmesi gerekiyor.

Şehir merkezinde. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Eski bir konak olması.
Yatağın altı çok tozluydu- halbuki kolaylıkla temizlenebilirdi, eşyam düşünce fark ettim. Kahvaltı basitti ve yumurta yoktu, ama bize kendi aldığımız yumurtaları pişirip sundular. Ayrılırken kahvaltıdan ücfret almadılar ve bunu telafi ettiler. Biraz rutubetli bir oda.
