VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Absolutely nothing....

The unit was in a terrible state with a collapsed filthy mattress on a filthy base, no handles on any of the kitchen cupboards or the shower door. There is no place to put your groceries and the couch cushion is so thin that you can't sit on it because the steel bars underneath poke the hell out of you. This is NOT a family unit because there's no place a child can sleep, its advertised falsely. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE because its not what it says it is and there's no refund on your upfront full payment... after complaining to the owner, we were moved to another unit where you had to boil the kettle on the ground...yes, on the ground, a toilet that was broken off the wall and from the floor and there is a broken fridge that you have to store your groceries in and another fridge that has a broken door and doesn't get very cold to preserve the perishables. After complaining about this to the owner, he sent another fridge but switched the half working fridge off in the morning and when we returned from the beach at 17H00, all our perishable food was off and had to be thrown away. We asked why he did this and all we got was shrugged shoulders...feeling ripped off, lied to and a total waste of time and money is putting it lightly. Unfortunately I cannot share photos but I have videos of this place and what we paid nearly R2000 per day to stay at...disgusting!!... there's lots to tell and I hope that you will contact me for further information.
