La situation, en dehors du centre de tauranga mais proche de tout en voiture, Mt et beach Maunganui.Propre et confortable.
Le studio est peu équipé, c'est plutôt l'equivalent d'une chambre de motel, mais au sous sol de la maison des propriétaires.
Pas de vue ou fenêtres sur l'extérieur.Bien pour un très court séjour sans plus

I liked that it wasn’t to far from the mount and the city and the swimming pool topped it off for those hot days

The unit was very clean. It was easy to find the address and enter the room. The communication with the host was quick and easy. Having a swimming pool was a wonderful bonus. I would be happy to stay here again.
There is nothing I didn't like but there are some things that could improve. It would be nice to have a small dinning table with chairs. It would be nice to have additional towels for the swimming pool.

Nice quiet location. Spacious basement set up that was spotlessly clean. Nice swimming pool for guest use. Good value for money.
