La personne qui nous a reçus était très sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous l’avons appelé pour un problème mineur. Il est intervenu aussitôt. Il nous a donné de très bonnes indications pour la suite de notre voyage. Nous l’en remercions
La Clim trop ancienne elle aisait beaucoup de bruit, il perdait de l’eau qui tombait sur une prise que nous avons dû camoufler

El casero era super agradable y nos ayudó con cada consulta.
Nos faltó plancha para la ropa como indicaba el anuncio, aunque nos dio como solucion contactar a la empleada de la limpieza. Y por gusto propio, que la ducha no tenia cortina, y eso hacia que cada pequeña ducha mojara todo el suelo y vater.

Perfect placement for going into the city, my and my brother walked there every night. Also the balcony was amazing and spacious! Will probably stay here next time i’m in Saranda! My brother ended up forgetting his passport in the room which the host quickly noticed so we could return and pick it up.

La señora que nos recibió fue puntual. Estaba todo muy limpio.
La habitación No es Deluxe como publicitan. Muebles y baño muy viejos. También había mucho ruido provocado por inquilinos de habitación de al lado, tiene muy mala la insonorización de la habitación.
