Not worth it for the location

The only thing slightly good about this apartment was the close was to a Metro Stop.

The Apt was absolutely dirty, not properly cleaned. Towels had black marks on them. The floor was still dirty with shoe prints. The glasses to drink out of were not cleaned. The shower had no hot water pressure at all, we had to have freezing cold showers. On walking into the main door the smell of rubbish was terrible. My partner got bitten by something during the night too. It has no iron but the guy on WhatsApp delivered one which was the only positive thing I can say. I do not recommend it.

Be careful who you book with

Great location - you can get from point A to Point B really easily , loads of shops and restaurants near by so you can always get food nearby Air conditioning worked to an extent but still pretty good Room was secure you will go through 3 doors just to get to you room so hope that eases your concerns

1. The promise of reliable WiFi was missing as the the router in the room doesn’t let you connect 2. water pressure is non existent, any shower water is ice cold and not what we paid for 3. Litter Found underneath the main bed in the bedroom that did not belong to us (found upon arrival) 4. Sheets had stains in them that were non of our making 5. Noisy neighbours and being blamed by actual residents of the complex for the noise 6. The promise of 2 sofa beds was again misplaced as there was only one right as you walk into the room and a proper double bed in the other room of the apartment and for 4 of us staying in one apartment it’s not what we were hoping for 7. Be wary of time organisation as check in says “15:00-00:00” but in actuality they close up shop at 11pm 8. No proper kitchen cooking equipment there’s a camping stove and a microwave 9. Staff let you in and you don’t see them again at all just told to leave key on table inside the apartment when checking out 10. Shower unit isn’t properly connected to the wall so any small movement it comes off.

Extremely bad value for money

We checked-in late at 11pm ish and there wasn’t enough water to shower, no warm water and the kitchen area smelled like puke. WiFi was not working at all. Place looks ok and seems newly renovated. Staff don’t speak English. They came immediately when we couldn’t open the main door but apart from that, they fixed nothing else.

Great location, but small flat with cleanliness issues and unreliable WiFi.

The biggest positive is the location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini, with excellent bus, airport train, and metro connections to most major attractions. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, plus a local shop around the corner — a very convenient base. However, the flat is quite small. It sleeps four, but two use the sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchenette area right by the entrance, so privacy is limited. The sofa bed is comfortable enough, though. The bathroom looks modern, but the shower had almost no water pressure. The floors were noticeably dirty, with footprints and renovation residue (cement/paint). The kitchenette is compact — medium fridge freezer, microwave, and a very small electric hob — with limited crockery (few plates and cups, one glass, no bowls). Some plates and cutlery weren’t very clean. On the plus side, the bedroom was good, with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. There is air conditioning in both rooms, which was appreciated. There’s also a TV, but we couldn’t access any channels. The main issue was the WiFi. In the evenings we couldn’t stream anything due to connection problems. We were told it was being fixed, but nothing changed during our three-day stay, and other reviews suggest it’s ongoing. Communication was minimal until the day before check-in, which was concerning, though it was good on the day itself. Overall, it’s acceptable if you just need somewhere to sleep in a great location and don’t expect too much. For the price, it’s reasonable — but better cleanliness and reliable WiFi would significantly improve the experience.

Small size of the flat – Quite cramped, especially for four people. Lack of privacy – Sofa bed is in the living/dining/kitchenette area right by the entrance door. Very low shower water pressure – Almost no pressure in the shower. Dirty floors – Visible footprints, dust, and renovation residue (cement/paint). Kitchenette poorly equipped: Very small cooking area (tiny electric hob). Limited crockery (few plates and cups, only one glass). No bowls. Some plates and cutlery not properly cleaned. TV not working properly – Unable to access channels (possible aerial issue). Unreliable / non-functioning WiFi – Couldn’t stream or watch anything; issue not resolved during stay and possibly ongoing for months. Poor communication before check-in – Messages went unanswered until the day before arrival, causing concern.
