It was a good property with a superb location to core necessities such as nationally recognized chain restaurants, regional supermarkets, and name brand department stores. All within 5 to 10 min walking distance. The price was the best in Boston, so the host delivered on that promise.
I didn’t rent a car, so I cannot rate the Peking situation and would define it as simply neutral. If I had to the be strictly critical about the property, the broken blinders could be updated/replaced.

location a little far from down town, it was a little difficult to find it from somebody that's never been to Boston before and no idea how far the location was from the city center, but overall the place was very clean and immaculate, wish I had time to stay a little longer to discover and experience the local neighborhood.
location, a little to far from the city center, definitely NOT a walking distance, have to take a taxi or 2 trains or uber to the main events in the city.

The place is convenient and clean. Access to downtown by the Red Line is easy. The South Bay is a few minutes away. If you expect hotel facilities, it is not, but it is much better than Airbnb places
As I know where to go, I like there

Dual bathrooms (useful for a 5-room property), free overnight street parking (2 PM to 8 AM), clean/comfortable bed, and functional air conditioning and TV.
Visible black mold on bathroom ceilings and windows, broken fixtures (towel racks), worn curtains, lack of functioning cooking appliances (no working stove or mini-oven; microwave only), small room and desk size, noise disruptions from other occupants, and delayed host communication due to timezone differences
