MARAVILLOSO😊 EXCELENTE LUGAR.

¡Excelente alojamiento! Quedé muy contenta con mi estadía. El lugar es cómodo, acogedor y todo estuvo genial. Además, está a aproximadamente 10 minutos caminando del Centro Histórico, lo cual fue perfecto para disfrutar de Cartagena. ¡Sin duda volvería! 🥰

RESERVA CONFIRMADA EN BOOKING Y NOS DEJARON AFUERA A LAS 9 DE LA NOCHE

Absolutamente nada. Después de la experiencia que tuvimos, no puedo destacar nada positivo del alojamiento ni de la gestión de la reserva.

Una experiencia pésima y una falta de seriedad absoluta. Reservamos con varios meses de anticipación a través de Booking bajo condiciones claras: NO se exigía pago anticipado y el total se pagaba directamente en el alojamiento. Aun así, semanas antes empezaron a pedirnos un depósito por fuera de Booking, mediante transferencias. Como eso no coincidía con las condiciones de la reserva, decidimos respetar lo que figuraba oficialmente en la plataforma. El mismo día de la llegada volvieron a exigir el depósito y después dijeron por mensaje que habían cancelado la reserva por no haber pagado. Sin embargo, EN BOOKING LA RESERVA SEGUÍA ACTIVA Y CONFIRMADA. Nos comunicamos con Booking y nos confirmaron que la reserva continuaba vigente y que podíamos presentarnos en el alojamiento. Mis padres llegaron aproximadamente a las 9 de la noche, después de su vuelo, confiando en esa reserva confirmada. Al llegar, los dejaron afuera y no les permitieron alojarse. Tuvieron que buscar dónde dormir de emergencia, con su equipaje, a esa hora de la noche. Yo tuve que estar desde otra ciudad gestionando todo con Booking, y finalmente fue Booking quien nos ayudó a conseguir otra alternativa. Si un alojamiento exige un depósito anticipado, debe indicarlo claramente desde el momento de reservar. Lo que no es aceptable es publicar unas condiciones y luego intentar imponer otras por mensajes privados, dejando finalmente a los huéspedes afuera. Una experiencia completamente irresponsable, incómoda y evitable. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Si reservan aquí, guarden capturas de todo y verifiquen cualquier solicitud de pago directamente con Booking.

Su ubicación estratégica en una zona segura y tranquila de la ciudad , me permitió tener a la mano restaurantes ricos, farmacias y tener la bahía a una cuadra que me permitió hacer deporte al aire libre, la estancia limpia y dotada con todas las comodidades, un buen lugar para hospedarse, muy bien Servicio
