My complaint concerns the lack of experience—or perhaps competence—demonstrated by a hostel that markets itself as a quality establishment. The reality of staying here is quite different: the dishes were covered in mold, and the bathroom and beds were in poor condition overall. It would be far wiser—and more appropriate for a hospitality business—to ensure the living environment is properly maintained so that guests can be happy and have a positive experience. Given the state of the kitchen, one could easily contract a bacterial infection. You are simply not fit to advertise and sell yourselves as a quality establishment. My rating for you is 0 out of 10. 😡
