The Shore House hosts a lovely pool overlooking the beach with a shaded lounging area. This intimate complex will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let you enjoy the laid-back beachy atmosphere of Indian Shores.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.

We had an excellent stay at ShoreHouse 502. Excellent view and beach access. The condo is in good shape and the kitchen and patio balcony were used the most. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The private pool is a plus and nice as well. Only downer was a storm took out the elevator and we didn’t have access for several days including move out day. A few more bath towels would be a welcome addition too. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

Lovely place. Had one issue with the A/C and the property responded and fixed it immediately. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely do so again.

Beach was very quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Residents in the building were very welcoming and made you feel at home.

The condo is beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view! It is also well equipped. The building has several full time residents and a quiet atmosphere. Would definitely stay there again.
