Overall great experience amazing house it was very accommodating to my whole family and friends. Only down side were the last check in and the additional fee to use the hot tub. This was the latest check in I’ve had with a bnb and the early check in fees were not reasonable. We appreciate the quick responses when we needed help or when the house needed assistance y’all were very on top of getting it fixed.

The house has just been completed and is beautiful. It is two walking blocks off the beach so it is very east to get to. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and host maybe 20 people. There is a great kids room upstairs that has 6 king beds! The kids loved it! The overall layout was great as bedrooms are all upstairs on the 2nd and 3rd floors, all of which have their own bathrooms. There are 2 washing machines, dryers and dish washers. The host is super responsive and very easy to work with. Definite place to return.
