This gorgeous property is located on Ludgate Square just steps from the Blackfriars Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral. This is the perfect location whether you're visiting on business or vacation. Enjoy the shops and restaurants in the area by day and take the night off in this cozy little London getaway!

THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to have a good time, but out of respect to the other guests, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.
SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.

The property was well kept and the location was ideal for getting around. Unfortunately the atypical heat wave was difficult and the fans that were provided -although appreciated- didn’t do much to fight off the heat and humidity. I would definitely stay here again in hope of missing the next heatwave.
