Perched in the piñon-dotted foothills along the scenic route to Ski Santa Fe, Cerro de la Paz (“Hill of Peace”) offers a private 2.5-acre mountain sanctuary designed for couples, solo travelers, and outdoor enthusiasts.



The light-filled modern casita features an open living area, gas-equipped kitchenette, and a serene bedroom suite with a king-size Purple mattress. Floor-to-ceiling tranquility extends outside to dedicated outdoor spaces, where you can sip morning coffee watching local birds or unwind in the private hot tub under a canopy of stars.



Located just minutes from world-class dining, Canyon Road galleries, and popular trailheads, this peaceful retreat offers an ideal balance of mountain serenity and city access.



Good to Know:



Occupancy: Ideal for 1–2 guests.



Pets: Pet-free home for all visitors' comfort.



Access: 4-wheel-drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter and early spring months. Four steps lead up to the front door.

Other Things to Note:

To keep the property beautiful and running smoothly during your stay, we have a couple of routine exterior services scheduled:



Trash & Recycling: Pickup happens bright and early on Monday/Tuesday morning. To make sure it's collected, we may need to roll the trash bin out to the curb on Sunday/Monday and return it to its spot on Monday/Tuesday.

(Note: This schedule is subject to change depending on holidays, as the City of Santa Fe Residential Services may adjust collection days because of holiday closures.)



Landscaping & Maintenance: Our gardening and maintenance team stops by periodically to tend to the grounds or perform necessary exterior repairs. Regular upkeep is super important to us because it keeps the native plants thriving, the grounds clear and inviting, and ensures the outdoor spaces stay picture-perfect for your stay!
