Wood Fire Pit, Grill, Picnic area on site! Bring your own wood!

My husband and I were visiting Hagerstown for the weekend of the WM Blues Festival. We were looking for a hotel for the weekend but decided to look for something in the area and stay for a week. I discovered this beautiful, one-of-a-kind home in the 'Barn Brook'. An airy, clean, comfortable, well decorated home in the shape of a barn. Everything works well. No problems with appliances, furniture, TVs, hot tub, air conditioning, etc. Plenty of towels, linens. The owners Brad and Erin, live nearby and are quite assessable. If you have a problem, they're on it. If you decide to stay at the 'Barn Brook', say HI to the bunnies and deer for me.

We had a wonderful time staying at Barn Brook. The property was better than expected and Brad and Erin were very responsive. We didn’t want to leave.

Loved the location of the building, isolated from other houses which made it nice to be able to sit outside and appreciate God's creation. The inside was probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed and loved the decor. It would be a great place for a small family of 3-4 as there is plenty of room.

This barn was a pure gem! It exceeded expectations and made for the perfect quick getaway. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The bed was so comfortable. The entire place was spotless and beautifully designed. Check-in was seamless.
