We had a week long stay, and everything was perfect. The house and yard are WAY bigger than they appear in photos, which was such a nice surprise. The home was very clean, and stocked well. We had everything we needed for cooking throughout the week. Our dogs loved the backyard, plenty of room for them to run around and explore and so many sitting and dining spaces for us. Location is perfect, walking distance to such a great restaurant and coffee/ice cream shop. Loved that we could also walk the dogs to a pet store for treats! It was the best stay for two adults and two dogs.

As a group of 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles, this house worked very well for us. The location was a perfect home base for our event at the Broadmoor. Communications with the host were timely and check-in was easy. The house was nicely furnished and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with quality pots and pans, plenty of wine glasses, and a surprisingly broad set of herbs and spices available. The appliances worked well. The backyard and deck were well maintained, both family and dog friendly, and we spent time around the gas firepit in the evening. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Eagles Nest 3 and our only regret was that we had just 1 night there. We hope to return next time we have a Colorado Springs event.
