We had a wonderful stay in Cocoa Beach - this home was clean and comfortable, had a few beach toys for the kids, close to our cruise port, and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and the local library. We would not hesitate to rent again. Thank you so much!

When the host reached out and asked for another hundred dollars for the pet deposit, I was really kind of called off guard The reason we rented the property was because it was friendly and I did say we were bringing a pet. We were never able to get the television to work properly with the abundance of remotes that was left for us. Once we contacted the host. The best he could do was tell us to call the cable company. The screen on the siding glass door was full of holes, so we were not able to enjoy the evening breeze. The cramped patio area look like it hadn’t been swept in over a month based on the pile of leaves in the corners and I would suggest if you’re going to have a pet friendly home, you might want to do some maintenance on the odors.
