Guest Note

Please Note: This is a ground-floor apartment, and the homeowner lives in the unit above. As with most shared homes, you may occasionally hear normal everyday sounds such as footsteps from upstairs. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.

Parking: Guest parking is the lot to the right of the main drive way. From the parking lot, go down the stairs, walk along waterfront to the apartment. 

Please do not park in the main driveway or the parking lot to the left of the building.
