The whole environment

Beautiful place and great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Perth.

Double bed room is quite small and couldn't really walk comfortably around the bed.

Location was good. Nice and Central and easy to get to.

Rooms a bit small. No fridge/tea coffee facilities in the room.

Pricing, rec room (has TV and sofas, byo firewood for fireplace), vicinity to town, ease of check in and out, toilets and bathroom. Ample of parking. Customer service was clear and concise. Bedding and towels were good and all beds have protectors.

Kitchen had mouse in the bin which jumped out and ran behind the refrigerator. Overall cleanliness I thought was decent until I dropped something in the room and underneath the bed was very dirty. Freezers were very dirty, fridge was clean. Bunk bed was great for the kids but the double/queen bed just fit the room, no bedside tables/kettle. I did ask for heaters in our rooms and they were provided however please note they're the oil heaters that never heat up well/take ages (6 degrees outside). Could provide soap in showers however this isn't a big deal. Make your own bed, put linen on etc didn't feel very holiday-like. Require better lightning from room to kitchen/rec room and require some lighting from room to bathroom.
