Very new and beautiful places, nice for the money

Nice location overlooking the river. The balcony was large and a lovely place to sit outside. The property was clean and well equipped, with a good range of cooking utensils.
Major issues:
1. Wi-Fi did not work. This was particularly disappointing because I contacted the property before our stay specifically to confirm that Wi-Fi was available and reliable. Although a Wi-Fi network was visible, the connection was effectively unusable throughout our stay.
2. Key collection and drop-off are not on site. The location for collecting and returning the keys is approximately 10 km from the property. If you are considering booking this accommodation, this is worth taking into account, particularly if you do not have your own transport.
Minor issues:
1. Bathroom amenities were very limited. There was no hair dryer, and only a very small amount of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was provided. For six people staying for two nights, we received only two small 30 ml bottles of shower gel and two bottles of shampoo.
2. Basic kitchen supplies could be improved. It would have been helpful to have simple items such as salt and pepper available, particularly for preparing breakfast.
3. Tea and coffee supplies were also very limited. For our stay of six people over two nights, only three tea bags were provided.
4. There were no rubbish bins in the bathrooms, which would have been useful.
5. The beds and pillows were quite soft. This is, of course, a matter of personal preference, but they were softer than I would normally find comfortable.
