Good location and secure. Good size. Modern kitchen.
The access code we were given didn't work. We were then given another code that also didn't work and ended up setting off an alarm. Had to call an agent and wait outside while they sorted it. They wouldn't allow us to drop bags off early/pre check in and so it meant using luggage facilities and checking in around 9.30pm after a day at Roland Garros. They offered for us to use their office as a luggage hold but they closed at 6pm so that was of no use to us.
No conditioner offered (only shampoo) despite asking for confirmation they had both. No milk provided with coffee pods.
Ground floor in a dark corner and so it smelt damp. There appeared to be a drainage issue as the toilet/shower stunk.
Very sharp check out at 10am - had a guy hanging around outside from 9.45am. Expensive to extend check out or in by 1 hour (€73).

Il letto scomodo e rumoroso, puzzo di fogna proveniente dal bagno, mi è stato detto in ritardo il codice della wifi, la tv non funziona, non ci sono condizionatori ma un solo ventilatore e noi eravamo 4 persone, pochi asciugamani.
