NÃO VÃO PARA ESTE APARTAMENTO

Nada, tudo péssimo!

As fotografias que estão no anúncio estão muito bem tiradas e fazem o apartamento parecer bastante agradável, mas a realidade é completamente diferente. Quando chegámos, percebemos logo que não correspondia minimamente à imagem que é transmitida no anúncio. A zona também não é nada agradável e, dentro da casa, encontrámos lixo debaixo do sofá-cama, comida aberta no frigorífico e um cheiro MUITO intenso e desagradável a esgoto/saniamento. O sofá-cama estava igualmente em mau estado. Para piorar, o anfitrião foi zero profissional e só nos criou problemas. Estive 3 HORAS à espera na rua, enquanto tentávamos perceber se o proprietário conseguia resolver a situação. Depois de muito insistirmos, mandaram uma funcionária da limpeza ao apartamento para tentar amenizar o cheiro. A própria funcionária disse que aquilo estava horrível e que não dava para estar lá dentro. No final, o problema não foi resolvido e, como já era noite, tivemos de arranjar outro apartamento à última da hora para conseguir ter onde ficar. E o mais absurdo: NÃO FICÁMOS LÁ UMA ÚNICA NOITE e, mesmo assim, só nos devolveram 50% do valor. Esses 50% só foram devolvidos depois de MUITO insistirmos com o anfitrião e da funcionária da limpeza dizer que fez o seu melhor mas o cheiro não saia por nada. Esta situação também nos prejudicou bastante financeiramente. Tivemos de pagar 50% do valor deste apartamento, apesar de não termos passado lá uma única noite, e, como ficámos sem alojamento, tivemos de arranjar mais dois apartamentos: um para a primeira noite e outro para o resto dos dias que ainda íamos ficar em Itália. Para além disso, tivemos ainda despesas extra com deslocações. Chegámos ao ponto de ter de pagar 50€ para voltar ao alojamento apenas para entregar as chaves, porque pedimos ao anfitrião para combinar um ponto de encontro para as entregar e ele não aceitou. No final, além de toda a situação e do transtorno, acabámos por ter um prejuízo financeiro muito significativo.

Alojamiento increíble en Roma

Alojamiento completamente nuevo. Parece un palacio. Simplemente espectacular. Habitaciones muy grandes, equipado con todo lo necesario. Check in y check out automático. Está muy bien ubicado, a 10 min andando de la estación central, con cafeterías cerca, supermercado y estación de metro. Éramos un grupo de 8 personas.
