New, clean and very nice staff. Breakfast was very , very good.
Noisy being near highway and AC was very loud in room.

Excellent hotel! The property is very well maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We travel ALOT between business, pleasure, and both my kids and I being competetive athletes. We try and stay at high end establishments but Casper WY is a small town and lacks in higher end spots. This new Hyatt Place was great. High end feeling at a Hampton price point. Best place in Casper for sure. It will be our go to when visiting that city which is pretty often.
I liked it all..... well maybe the beds were to soft lol. I prefer a stiffer mattress.
