It is conveniently located in Brampton, close to where we needed to be. Rooms are decent sized.
Bathroom is dated and needs some TLC. They would do well if they refurbished the bathrooms.

Breakfast was very basic, but there is some construction going on at the reception area. The hotel is much nicer from the inside, than it appears from the outside. We bought our own breakfast from Walmart, accros the street. Very close the the waterpark Wet´n Wild.
The door steps from the parking lot into the hallway are very high. Not perfect if you have some problems with walking.

Bed was comfy, tv was great and clean bathroom
Like others mention, the breakfast isn’t a breakfast it’s just muffins and coffee served in reception so bare that in mind if you’re hoping for a substantial meal. It’s also opposite a busy main road so was noisy but this didn’t bother me too much.
