The apartment is spacious. Location is excellent. Facilities inside the apartment are available. The host is very much helpful and understanding. I was the first to rent this property and the host took all my comments seriously. She arranged for Wi-Fi before my arrival. She invited us to a complementary dinner. Her family are friendly and polite people. The Check-in process is easy. The residence is closed and safe area. There is walking distance Avenue, Manara mall, congress venue and main train station. There are 2 mini markets and fast food restaurant in the same residence complex.
The location in the website is not accurate -it points to Congress De Palace-. It is in the next residence complex. One of the air-conditions did not work during my stay. The electrical surface oven does not work with all pots (smart one). There was no ironing table. The bedroom needs large mirror. (I passed all these notes to the host who promised to fix all these issues)
