I liked the fact it was a room.

4 pm check in... like. Come on. Thats like in the evening and not suitable for afternoon events. Not to mention your add lists on booking .com 2pm check in!! The people who were in my room before me were still in there when I arrived, so the room was not clean and ready till after 4pm. However thankfully "@ 4pm" i asked the cleaner if I could leave my bag there and go as I had somewhere to be at 4. Also. The bathroom was not a please but it will do to pee!!
