Location and the size of the property is excellent. This house had all the facilities we needed. Nice quiet location. Nice bakery nearby. Beautiful view from the front, sitting on bench at the front.
Back gate lock needs fixing.

A good sized property for the family group - 7 people. The furniture was comfortable and decor modern. The window blinds were very nice. The large dining table meant we could all sit round to eat.The beds were comfortable, the main front bedroom was huge with a big bed, sofa and ensuite in the room. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and glasses. Two fridges made storing food and drink very easy. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus and were clean and had good showers. The facilities for the dogs, blankets and towels, was very thoughtful. The property was very well located to get into the town centre or to the park to walk the dogs. The large smart TV was a useful addition. We didnt have an issue parking during the bank holiday weekend, but it was quite tight in places. We had an EV to charge but the nearby Skidaw carpark had 4 slow (7kw) chargers that were ideal (£2.20 to park for 3hrs and 62p per KW) and hardly used.
There was some dust and cobwebs in the fireplace and going up the stairs. The pillows were either too firm or thin and soft. The smart TV didnt appear to have an aerial so it's needed to sign into ITVX & channel 4 etc. The commercial bins in the back were quite full and we had to push down the rubbish to get it in the bin, the paper waste seems to have been contaminated with other waste, so not able to use this.

Lovely house in a superb location, very responsive host who went out of her way to help us. I'd book again without a doubt.
