Absolutely atrocious

Nothing. Horror story room.look on google reviews - i wish i had previously

We walked out - refund refused. It was absolute nightmare. Building was filthy and smelly. Kitchen was a disaster tiny with the only bit of floor between wash up and fridge had a massive hole covered by a rug. These are not the photos of the apartments.

Very poor communication with landlord, was waiting in smelly hallway for over 30mins to try gaining access, when we was

The flat itself was very nice, apart from 7 cockroaches found wandering the flat.

Cockroaches, very un inviting entrance up stairs, which was very off putting, dirty & smelt.

Best stay in London!

I was beyond pleased with my stay here. I was a bit skeptical at first with there being no reviews but I couldn’t have been more happy. The other place I booked cancelled morning off and left me in a panic but going on booking.com and finding this place was perfect. Right next to Hyde park at such a cheap price to go with my family, it made everything so perfect especially for winter wonderland. I couldn’t believe I’d found a deal like it. The place has such a lovely atmosphere as well. Has everything it says on the description and I never felt like I’d been deceived. So much room especially for London. I was worried that I’d be cold through the night but the place has heating and extra heaters just in case. It’s surrounded by everything you need as well. So thankful for this place being available when it was. Anyone wanting to stay in London, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
