The pool with tanning shelf is always maintained at a warm 80° at no extra charge to our guests.
The master bath walk in shower and blue limestone double vanity will make you feel like your staying in a luxury hotel. The second bath is modern and sleek with black and gold fixtures and lighting.
Three paneled solid wood shaker doors keep your bedrooms quiet and private. The guest wing has a pocket door that closes off the entire area from the main living quarters to assure a quiet and privacy for all the guests. Room darkening top down bottom up shades are at all windows.
The kitchen boasts a 10 foot island made of solid butcher block and top level stainless steel appliances. A lighted wine cabinet sits at one end of the island with sufficient counter level seating for four at the other end.
Wall-mounted LED flat screen TV's are in the great room, master, office/third bedroom and lanai. Streaming service for YouTube TV is provided.
Master Bedroom is large and spacious with a king size bed, two large closets, and a private entrance to the lanai and heated pool.
Two 10' Kayaks are available for guest use along with jackets and paddles.
Sit on the large dock and enjoy the sunsets or fish for your own dinner with the poles supplied for Guest Use.
Enjoy a Corn Hole Game in the large backyard or a friendly game of Ping Pong which can be had in the spacious garage.

The welcome basket was a thoughtful gesture. We were pleased with the property's aesthetics, private outdoor space and pool. The host was responsive and helpful to our inquiries. When an unforeseen circumstance arose and we required an extension to our stay, the host graciously met our needs.
We look forward to our next visit !

We found this home to be extremely comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. All beds were very comfortable (even the pull out) and there wasn't much of anything that we needed to get our vacation started.
The welcome basket was a lovely touch and the home owner went over and above to make sure there were plenty of travel size amenities available if you forgot something (ie., toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, etc).
The home is located in an upscale neighbourhood and we felt very safe at all times.
If we had any questions for the home owner (Jacquelyn) she responded very quickly and always made sure all issues were resolved asap. If there was a way to make our stay better, Jacquelyn was going to make it her mission to do so!!
If we ever find ourselves back in this part of Florida we wouldn't hesitate to rent this home.
