First time in OBX. The house was cozy and secluded and as advertised by the pictures. A short walk to the beach, great food and restaurants, and we did not have to wait at all. The house was private and set back and lined with trees.

This beach house was wonderful very clean the pool and hot tube was amazing. Very peaceful location this property even had beach chairs and tents for the beach. Walking distance to the beach great place to rent for the week.

The home was good - it was clean. The basement was terribly musty smelling - I thought we could store things there but not with the dampness and the smell . The pool chairs are not in good condition. Lots of mildew on all of them . The outside of the property needs better maintained . The refrigerator was rusty and there was a very bad smell - I was just surprised with the amount we paid- that it wasn’t better kept up . Still was a great vacation and we had a great time .
