Sunset Paradise is a 3rd floor, waterfront, corner unit condo that is bathed in natural light from its extra corner-unit windows. Watch amazing sunsets from your private balcony every evening. The views from the balcony pan from the Delgado Memorial bridge, the famous Don Caesar all the way up the intracoastal waterway!
This recently updated and coastal chic condo has an open floor plan which includes the kitchen, dining area and living area. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a slider door with access to the balcony as well as a view of the intracoastal waterway from the windows. It features a new hybrid foam mattress and a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom has a tub/shower combo that has a grab bar. It also has dual vanities. The secondary suite overlooks the resort-style pool, hot tub, and lush grounds. There is a plush king size mattress and a large bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower. Sunset Paradise has a fully equipped kitchen to make a quick breakfast, a lunch to bring to the beach or a delicious dinner in. Some of the included items are pots, pans, baking ware, plates, cups, flatware, serving and storage pieces, utensils and small appliances. The large dining table offers plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a tasty meal together. The condo has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your private use. The condo is outfitted with hurricane impact windows and sliders, which make the environment inside quieter and more comfortable. We’re excited to share that Sunset Paradise is a recently purchased property and underwent a complete refresh! We have recently updated the dining room furniture, living room furniture and secondary bedroom furniture. In the living room we have purchased a new 65" Samsung Smart 4k TV, equipped with cable. Bed linens, towels and decor have been updated as well.
This condo is part of the Bahia Vista II condo association located on the very popular island of Isla Del Sol. This community offers an incredible waterfront swimming pool and hot tub, with a view of the intracoastal waterway. There is a private beach just a few steps from the condo, available only to guests in our condo association, and is another great location to watch the sunset, aquatic wildlife, and a wide variety of boats. In addition, the island offers lovely, designated walking and biking lanes that are surrounded by royal palms, ponds, and waterways.
Sunset Paradise was designed and furnished to help guests feel at home and offers the convenience of home while away. All linens and towels are provided. There are sound machines, multiple luggage racks and beach towels located in each bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cooler and blow-up style pool noodles are provided. There are many other things we have included to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. This isn't just a vacation rental for us, it is our second home, and we want you to enjoy it as much as we do! Lastly, we supply a starter welcome kit that offers a few essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher pods.

Our host was exceptional. They communicated quickly and professionally. The unit is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The views are fantastic. The beds are great. The view from the deck and Watching the boats and the dolphins in the bay is very relaxing. Also, you have a great view of the pool and the sunsets. The parking was perfect, with the assigned space right in front of the door to the lobby. Pass a Grille Beach, located across the bridge is great beach also. There are several great restaurants and the downtown area holds on to the small Florida town feel. The Isla Del Sol community where the unit is located is very well maintained and very secure. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to our host for sharing their home and making it a great vacation experience for our family.

We loved Sunset Paradise! It was the best place to relax and just enjoy the gorgeous view. I especially loved watching the boats pass through the bay and the afternoon sunset were amazing! That’s exactly what we were looking for. The condo had all the supplies you needed. We flew in so it was nice not to have to pack extra items like hairdryers and bulky towels. This was a quiet community. Our kids ages 14 and 11 enjoyed the marine life found in the bay and also enjoy the relaxation of the beach bayside. They basically had the pool to themselves! It’s not a place to be rowdy, but an amazing place to unwind and just enjoy the view and time with your family! I can definitely see us coming back to this location if we vacation in St. Pete again!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO and would absolutely return. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home.Stop searching. This is the spot. The attention to detail stood out the most. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness was top-notch. It’s clear the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests have a great experience.The location was also perfect—quiet and relaxing but still conveniently close to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was dining, exploring, or just enjoying some downtime, it was all easily accessible.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. They provided clear instructions and were quick to answer any questions, which made the entire process stress-free.Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve had, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. Already looking forward to coming back!

5 star property. Very well equipped. There is nothing you will need that is not provided. The view is phenomenal. Parking is very convenient. Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed with this unit! Just don’t try to rent it when I am next year!!
