We have stayed at this property many years. It is clean and well maintained.

The condo and its location was really nice. The balcony was very large and private and had a direct close view to the ocean. Condo had been updated and was very modern. It was on the 10th floor and elevators were super fast. We would return. The only reason we did not give a 5 rating is due to the following issues with the check in process:1. We were about to check in at 4 pm and still did not have the instructions in our email- we had to call to have them sent. Personnel were very friendly. 2. Our door code did not work and we had to call in again. Was given a generic one that finally worked. Personnel were friendly and apologetic. 3. The checkout instructions in our email differed slightly from those emailed to us. Each time we called in the host was very friendly and apologetic. We would still recommend the condo as the issues noted are easily fixable. One final recommendation- the front bedroom window could use room darkening shades or curtains as the lighted hallway corridor made the bedroom lighter than desired for sleeping. Thanks!
