Kayaks and Paddle board are available to RENT
Private pier with lake access
On-site parking for multiple cars
Optional add-ons: Private boat charters may be available (inquire before booking).
Landscapers come on Fridays early in the morning

There is a NoiseAware system inside the house to monitor noise levels.
If we are notified from the security systems that a party is happening, your booking will be immediately canceled with NO refund and you will be asked to vacate the property in 15 minutes.
These are the local ordinances from the city, not our rules.
We allow a maximum of 13 adults at the property. Our house is set up to comfortably sleep 13 people, and we do have additional fee for additional guests.
The guest must tell the owner before booking how many guests total will be sleeping at the property. If you want to bring more, consent must be given by the owner through the Airbnb messaging App.
