Our highly rated one deluxe bedroom(king), two full bath condo with separate bunk area, and commercial queen pull out sofa has been totally remodeled. The furnishings and paintings were designed specifically for this condo. The master is on the gulf unlike most of the 1 bedroom condos. The condo has a 30 foot balcony accessible from the bedroom or family room and is located on the 7th floor without road noise and just the sound of waves and kids playing on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with side by side refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, utensils, and washer/dryer- separate alcove in condo. Internet service is free. The family room has a 55 inch TV and DVD player whereas bedroom has 42 inch TV. Please come down via car or plane and relax, recharge, and totally enjoy a most pleasurable vacation!!

We travel to PCB every other year for spring break and this is the first time we have stayed with this host but it won’t be the last! The entire process was seamless and I truly appreciated his prompt responses when I had questions. The condo location was excellent and we appreciated being close to everything. As for the condo itself it was exactly as described. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. We really liked the furnishings and appreciated the quality of the decor. The beds were soooo comfortable!!!! Even our 13 yr old girls who were in the bunks said it was super comfortable for them too (we were a bit worried as many times bunk beds are hard and uncomfortable). Having stayed in PCB at different communities over the years I have to say I truly enjoyed the amenities at this one. The pools, hot tubs, movie theaters and on site Starbucks was a hit with the girls. If you have the opportunity to book this condo I assure you will not be disappointed!

This condo was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the condo was very clean, and the view from this 12th floor was GORGEOUS. We ate most of our meals on the balcony soaking in the view. Very beautifully decorated, too. We loved the free beach service and used it almost every day. The owner texted us partway through the week and asked if everything was ok. We hope to come back next year.

This trip was last minute- therefore we had no planning and were unsure as to what we would be renting for the weekend. This place ended up being amazing. It is directly on the beach, with an ocean view. The condo was decorated beautifully with quality furniture. The kitchen comes with everything from a stove, coffee maker, all the way to a can opener. The bunk beds are in a room of their own with a full bathroom and washer/dryer. Every room has its own tv/cable. There is a covered parking deck with a covered bridge that goes across the road (no unloading and walking in the rain). There is an heated indoor pool, two outside pools, and hot tubs. There is a nice arcade room. The security was excellent here. Also very close to great restaurants and a family friendly Pier Park (similar to a nice outlet mall). It was the perfect condo for our family trip.
