Welcome to Coral Reef #12, your newly renovated, first-floor beachfront retreat where the Gulf is literally at your doorstep. Forget the stairs or elevator, open your door and walk straight onto the sugar-white sands of Destin’s Crystal Beach. With breathtaking Gulf views and unmatched convenience, this coastal haven makes every moment of your getaway unforgettable.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy living space decorated in soothing coastal tones. The spacious master bedroom features a plush king bed, relaxing décor, and private access to the full bathroom. Down the hall, a bunk area and queen sleeper sofa in the living room provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. A half bath off the hallway adds an extra layer of comfort and functionality. Guests will enjoy a complimentary beach set up consisting of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella March 1 - October 31st. You can also take advantage of the seasonally heated community pool for a refreshing dip! (Note; personal chairs and umbrellas must be set up behind beach vendor).

We loved being able to walk out to the beach so easily. The condo was acceptably clean but definitely could use more attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo on the beach was a lovely getaway. It was amazing being steps from the beach and close to many activities. The beach is magnificent… it was relatively quiet while we were there! The condo was clean and very comfortable. We spent a great deal of time on the patio listening to the ocean.

The location is hands down one of the best in Destin. We enjoyed every aspect! Gorgeous views. Beautiful landscapes. Condo had all we needed.
