The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.
There was no daily cleaning, I had to change rooms at 1 AM because the lock on my room door broke, and on my last night I had to change hotel because the whole hotel went out of power, the lights and air conditioning stopped working. I had to pay an extra $50 out of my own pocket to pay another hotel.
The safe in the rooms does not work and everything is dated.
