Sleeping 8, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath is situated to have the whole group comfortable with a second level queen murphy bed with ensuite bath, and third level bedrooms with a king in the primary with an en suite, and the remaining two bedrooms with a queen in one, and full and twin trundle in the other. Every bedroom is set up with a smart TV for relaxing on a rainy day, or unwinding after a day at the community pool! After a few exterior steps, you are first greeted on the main floor with the spacious living area, but also have an additional entertainment space in the converted garage- with a dining table, smart TV, extra refrigerator, and games! NO PETS allowed. NO Smoking. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
RESORT AMENITIES (Available for an additional fee, see policies) include: Indoor & seasonal outdoor pools, Indoor hot tub, Fitness center, Clubhouse with game rooms (board games, pool, ping-pong, foosball, arcade games), Tennis & pickleball courts, Volleyball court, Bay access for kayaks, Day docks for boats, Sunset viewing deck and a Poolside Grill.
For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS:  This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site.  After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.  Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.  Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.  Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.  Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
