Good, but unhygienic apartment

Good location, pleasant host, spacious rooms, nice decoration

Very dirty sink and shower box with mold, black slime and hair accumulated for weeks/months of not being properly cleaned. Mirror doors of the wardrobe with stains. Apartment is not cleaned professionally. The floor was wet when we checked in at 22.00. On photos, apartment's finishing looks more expensive than it actually is. I had to clean the bathroom myself to be able to stay at the apartment.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD!

This is the worst stay I have ever booked in my life! The photos on the platform are made in such a way that you cannot really understand that the flat is dirty. The bathroom is full of mould, the shower cord is just disgusting, making you vomiting if you touch it. The floor is disgusting, I have wiped a white napkin and in few seconds, it was black. The fridge was very nasty and dirty. The coffee machine was extremely dirty, the same for the kettle. Next to the table, it was dog hair.🤢 The shoe racks were disgusting and full of USED slippers!🤢 I have found HAIR on the towels.🤢 Imagine that I was also travelling with my 3-year-old! I didn't give him a shower for 3 DAYS! Because I was afraid of him getting a DISEASE! The owner said he will clean and I gave him a chance by agreeing but all he did was to change the shower head! After I showed him the videos of how filthy everything was, he tried to scam me, telling me to cancel the booking! The booking was non refundable! And to lie and say that I did not stay there, because I have changed my mind. He wanted me to do that, so I cannot write a bad review, amd at the same.time, making me lose my protection from Booking! THEY ARE LYING! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE! The reviews are FAKE because if you look carefully, the dates of the persons leaving the reviews, are overlapping. For example, I have booked 3 nights for the period 15-18 of July but there are 3 reviews that say they stayed there at the same time! I am attaching photos and I really hope I can also attach videos! If not, maybe I can do that on Tripadvisor.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The host was super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is just perfect, the cleanliness and the size of the apartment totally blew me away. I’m seriously impressed with everything and highly recommend it. We walked everywhere, and having the metro station right next to the place was incredibly convenient on our departure day. Thanks for a great stay! Bardzo polecam ;)
