The ledge ella is truly a hidden gem it has a great view overlooking the mountains of ella including ravana falls and the rooms are worthy compared to the price it had most of the amenities and the room had a telescope for stargazing which was amazing and the staff was very helpful and the owner Mr Janith was also very helpful with our stay. And their food was amazing (pork fried rice is a must try for me) and it had onsite parking provided. Bit far from the ella city and the road was still under construction but we still managed to reach the place. Highly recommended for a peaceful and quiet stay.

The views are indeed stunning and this property has a huge amount of potential . The food was delicious and they offered something a little different to many of the other hotels so that was lovely.
It was chaotic when we arrived with the staff seemingly out of their depth running 3 rooms. Arrangements were not clear and for some time no staff were about! The maintenance was not as it should be - we had all 3 rooms and the bathroom in one had a horrendous smell. Although the hotel is very new it was already showing signs of wear and tear - there was a general air of unfinished - ness about the place . The road is very rough and this in itself was not an issue, what is problematic is charging guests a lot for the tuk tuks every time they want to leave the property .
