Very convenient, just opposite Milsons point station, and property was easy to find. Sorrounded by plenty of restaurants. It was very nice.
Very noisy at night, the room was just above the kirribilli hotel and there was loud music at around 10pm. No lift so not good if you have a big and heavy luggage.

Excellent location close to public transport and the water harbour bridge etc
Washing machine required coins which is fine but we weren't told that so didn't have any coins. Did not provide enough towels, none for my child even when asked so we had to share towels during our stay.

Great priced spacious and clean studio unit in the heart of Kirribilli village. Very close to harbour, eateries, train and north Sydney shops. Host was a great communicator.
Hot afternoon sun can be quite strong on the western window of the unit but air conditioning system provided nice relief. Lane way entrance is shared with the rear of nearby shops and can be a bit messy.and smelly at times.

It was clean just like advertised and it was very close to a lot of convenient must see places and locations whilst in Sydney which made things easier for us.
The location is not quite at all like advertised and the building is not secure which made us very uncomfortable as we had our infant child staying with us.
We also had a drunk lady that had urinated her pants arrive at our door step at 1 in the morning trying to lead my partner out the room claiming she needed help getting in her own room but couldn't tell us what number room she stayed in and when asked for keys said she didn't know where they were.
The next day she was found asleep in the laundry the door was also left wide open to the apartment building and the police only had just come to check on the situation when the police were called the morning the incident occurred.
When asked for a refund on the remaining nights to immediately check out and relocate because we felt unsafe we were ignored until the next day and told they were sorry we had to leave so soon and they hope we enjoyed our stay.
Would not recommend staying here if you are a couple with a infant child!
