Adequate but communication could be better.

The flat was very cold. We needed extra blankets which were not available. We also communicated about a heater which we did find the next morning. Communication was very poor. The owner non responsive to my questions. I had to call Booking.com in the middle of the night to get to actual address and get them to release it. There was no response to the request for a heater.
