Location is perfect, easy to reach, easy to find. Authentic and safe. The aparrment is brand new, testfully renovated and very comfortable. There is a small terrace at the top with a view of Koutubia and Atlas - we enjoyed our morning coffee and sunset. Our host was 100% available for us from the moment we landed and handed over the aparment in person.
The upper floor (with the foldout couch) has direct access to the terrace, which can be noisier at night. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend using the lower floor bedroom for a quieter environment.

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Schöne Dachterrasse. Sehr zentral gelegen. Unser Gastgeber Silvio hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

It was clean and spacious. It was still brand new and has a perfect location. The rooftop makes it a 10 for us. And although it can be quite noicy outside. That would be a problem in this apartment cause it very well isolated!

el anfitrión muy amable, dispuesto a todo. Uno de los huéspedes era celiaco y un trato impecable, nos trajo el desayuno sin gluten. Nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora prevista y igual para salir. volveríamos al mismo sitio sin duda.
