Very well located and clean room

There's only one tiny window so you feel a bit like you're in a box. There's also no coat hangers or closet. The electronic check in system is a bit difficult. You need the exact name you booked in and it's case sensitive.

L'emplacement est idéal. Au début j'étais surprise par la décoration toute noire, ce n'est pas mon goût, mais quand on sort le soir c'est parfait le lendemain profitez d'une grasse matinée ! Métro et du bus pour l'aéroport à deux pas

Les chaussons en plastique On doit en mettre dans la.chambre et dans la salle de bain, mais impossible d'être sûr qu'ils ont été désinfectés. au Japon il y a des désinfectants à disposition, ca serait bien de faire pareil

Location

No staff and no 24 hours reception. Lift alarm was ON but i dont know what to do there was no staff available. Lucky us its only 2 night, i prefer stay in thr hotel with staff available at the hotel.

The location was really the best part about this Hotel. It's only a 3-Minute walk from the next bus and metro station, there's a lot of cute café's around for breakfast. Restaurants and bars are all rouns the area for dinner and drinks.

- There is zero communication possible with the hosts, because of the self-check in and the absence of any manned desk. My bedsheets were dirty and I requested a change via message on booking, but nothing happened, so they stayed dirty for 4 days. I got lucky this was the only issue during my stay with the host, if you have any more issues, good luck figuring it out by yourself. If you want anything from the hosts you have to call them, which most tourists from overseas cannot do with an ESIM. - Cleanliness: In the description says that towels will be changed every few days (every 2 days iirc), but neither my bedsheets nor my towels were changed during my entire stay. Even though I saw cleaning staff clean other rooms, they never came into mine. I'm not sure if they only clean it before the guests leave around a certain time, but I always left around 10.30 AM latest. - It is LOUD! My room was on the highest floor (6th) and when someone entered the Hotel on the ground floor you could hear every word. Someone came back drunk during two days of my stay and sang at the top of his lungs at 3 AM! The doors are so thin! - The pillow was very hard, if you're a soft sleeper like me you won't like them - The room is so dark without any windows for daylight, so you always have to turn on the light no matter what time it is. The only window is equipped with a one-way mirror foil/glass so you can't see outside. - For some reason the bathroom's shower has no glass walls and is directly facing the toilet, making the entire bathroom wet when showering. I'm not sure why there is no glass wall because they would have definitely had the space for it. Only being able to shower facing the wall was very annoying.
