Wohnung neu renoviert und scheinbar auch neu eingerichtet. Diesen Eindruck hätte man von außen nicht erwartet. Ruhige Lage. Sauber. Preis/Leistung i.O.
Parkplatz im Innenhof und Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher nur gegen Aufpreis. Parkplätze am "Straßen"rand wären aber frei gewesen. Bin kein Freund von diesen Tür-Codes. Schlüssel wären mir lieber. Individuelle Kritik: habe im Bett schlecht geschlafen.

Das Appartement ist gut, die Betten sind ordentlich, alles sauber, Bad gut.
Treppenanlage , Stufen in unterschiedlichen Höhen. Gelände um das Haus sehr ungepflegt. Keine Rauchermöglichkeit (Insel, Aschenbecher) Eigentümer gar nicht zu erreichen, weder telefonisch noch per E-Mail! Im TV nur ARD und ZDF bzw. 3.Programme ,weil HD-Karte fehlt kein RTL , SAT 1, Pro7! Für die Lage mitten in der Pampa preislich viel zu teuer!
