Dirty, dangerous, not 5 star and no hot tub as originally listed when I paid.
The location.
The property was advertised as a five star accommodation with a hot tub, outdoor dining and fully equipped kitchen.
In reality, there is no hot tub, the kitchen is poorly fitted and literally held together with sellotape. The garden had a mouldy old sofa that had never been covered so was soaking wet and thick with green slime. No outdoor table so eating outside was not going to happen.
The sky lights are totally obscured with thick green grime.
The living room has a large step down across the entire room. There is a glass banister but this wobbles terribly. My 73 year old mother held it a fell down.
The house was dirty. Very dirty. The kitchen oven and microwave were filthy. There were poor quality forks and spoon but no knives. The pans and trays were also filthy with stains and left over food.
The sofa was full of dirt and crumbs. The door handles wobbled and there was no lock on the toilet door. The toilet flush falls off. The rubbish was overflowing with pizza boxes and wine bottles.
The kitchen tap wobbled so much it leaked and almost fell off.
There are 2.5 meter thick black scratches along the walls around the dining table. I suspect a party has occurred and the chairs have been slid along the walls.
The bathroom tiles were cracked and wobbling.
Exposed wires and fuse boxes missing its cover.
Cupboard door wouldn’t close or dragged along the floors. Drawers had been damage and ripped out leaving splinters of wood. Curtains were falling down.
I could go on and on but there is too much to list.
The owner was contacted. Jaymin blamed booking.com for listing the hot tub ever though reviews from 8 months ago mention it as being locked away.
I explained my mother had hurt herself and he suggested it was her fault by saying no one else had ever had a problem with it moving.
He sent a handy man with some knives. The handyman tried his best but couldn’t fix everything.
He was great and agreed that the glass banister was dangerous. He said he would try to fix it.

Spacious property which fulfilled our needs
Good location and views
Advertised hot tub was locked away. Outside bin was overfilled with rubbish which we had to walk around. Had to sweep kitchen floor.
