Great WhatsApp communication. Made for a relatively easy check-in.
Apartment was on 42nd floor so excellent view towards Petronas Towers.
Lots of space in the room so nice to spread out for a few days.
Roof top pool was a nice area to spend a bit of time at.
A reasonable selection of restaurants etc close by.
Couldn't get basic TV channels (just YouTube or you need a Netflix account), but maybe it was just me!
Getting the elevator can be low at times, but not the fault of the apartment owner of course.
A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful (knives, forks, spoons).

Ho assolutamente apprezzato il rapporto qualità prezzo,la posizione centralissima a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalle iconiche torri Petronas,la meravigliosa piscina panoramica a sfioro sul tetto,l'aspetto e le dotazioni della camera e la vicinanza a negozi e ristoranti
Purtroppo, al momento della prenotazione non era specificato che le camere della struttura fossero gestite da host esterni. Questo ha comportato qualche rallentamento nella comunicazione e ritardi nella gestione dei servizi (come ad esempio la lavanderia) rispetto all'avere una reception a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Non ho apprezzato l'assenza della colazione in loco, né il fatto che la pulizia e il cambio di biancheria e asciugamani non fossero quotidiani. Nonostante ciò, quando ne ho fatto richiesta al di fuori dei giorni previsti, il servizio mi è stato comunque garantito.

the location is good and the pool was nice.
It didn't have laundry facilities, even though the listing says that there is. There was no hand-soap provided in the bathroom/ distinct shampoo or conditioner. Finally, the shower had mould in it.
