Modern, Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Good AC and Great Location
Difficult to locate on street as numbers not consecutive. Map pin given for property on Google Maps was No 44 for 37 - there is a considerable distance between the two.

Großes Appartement mit großem Wohnzimmer und Schlafsofa. 2 Bäder (eins etwas kleiner), eine nette Küche mit guter Küchenausstattung, kleiner Balkon. Eine Klimaanlage mit sehr guter Funktion (wir hatten eine Hitzewelle mit über 37°), Lift gut in den 2. Stock. Innenstadt mit Arena sowie Bahnhof fußläufig in je ca 15 Minuten gut erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants schon nach wenigen Metern.
